What you need?
- you can be out of shape (most of persons are beginners)
- boxing gloves minimum 10 OZ (not boxing bag and fitness gloves, with exception of children maximum 12 years old) and boxing wraps
- as advanced - helment with nose protection, mouth guard and boxing gloves minimum 16OZ
