Do you want to learn  movement of self-defense and boxing, keep fit and at the same time get relaxed ? 

This training is integrated into Boxing & Self-Defense group class.


Our program includes:

  • intensive Aero Boxing to get fitter, improve the strength, burn fat and but also teach you  the punching techniques by a professional certified boxing trainer.
  • Fitness Boxing with exercises that will help you to strengthen all muscles, including your lower back, fingers, neck and even jaw.
  • relaxation and breathing exercises at the very end to clear your mind using different methods.
