This training is integrated into Boxing & Self-Defense group class.
Our program includes:
- intensive Aero Boxing to get fitter, improve the strength, burn fat and but also teach you the punching techniques by a professional certified boxing trainer.
- Fitness Boxing with exercises that will help you to strengthen all muscles, including your lower back, fingers, neck and even jaw.
- relaxation and breathing exercises at the very end to clear your mind using different methods.
