Choose the best training for yourself


So you found our website because maybe you want to learn martial arts, get fit, improve your health, improve your self-confidence, stress out and get some motivational energy.

Please follow these step by step instructions to choose the best course for you:

STEP 1

Option A – Private Trainings

If you want to book a personal training, please contact us directly via contact form with your time and place preferences as well as optionally what is your motivation to train (i.e. why and what you wish to train?). You can also call 0041774557079 to speak directly to Trainer.

Option B – Group Trainings

If you prefer train with others – join our group classes -> proceed to step 2.

If you are interested in massage -> go to step 4.

STEP 2

Check our calendar for details regarding time and place.
If this is suitable for you your journey ends here 🙂  If not -> proceed to step 3.

Group Training Boxing and Self-Defense

This course is dedicated for everyone (8 – 160 years old)  who want to:

  • learn boxing
  • do sparrings (only with former experience in boxing or self-defense)
  • learn self-defense
  • get fit and more wealthy, loose weight,
  • decrease stress level and increase self-confidence

STEP 3

Option A – Semi-private training

If time or date for group trainings is not suitable subscribe for a semi-private course via our doodle page.

How it works?

Send us via Contact form:

  • your name with minimum number of participants that you wish to start to train (e.g. “John (with min. 3 more persons)” ),
  • time and day of week preference(s)

As soon as we will find minimum of persons for your time preferences we will contact you.

Option B – Boot Camp

You can also subscribe for our boot camp in Easter, which is a 10-day program including every day self-defense, boxing and fitness as well as unlimited access to swimming pool, saunas, fresh air in the mountains and more.

STEP 4

Massage

If you are injured or after a hard working – too tired to train or even you want to improve you physical condition and loose weight we recommend a massage. We offer different massages which can help you :

  • to decrease stress level
  • to loose weight or get rid of cellulite
  • help you get out from an injury
  • stay healthy

We can provide massage at our office in Plainpalais (close to tram stop Augustins), at your office or home.
